WELL Building Certified

"We can create spaces that profoundly impact health & well-being."

- The International WELL Building Institute

AN OASIS OF WELL-BEING

Eco-Asis was founded by sustainable designer, Lynne Irvine to build connections -- to our land, our food, our shelter and each other. Lynne believes that homes and communities can be crafted with well-being as our guiding principle.

"One of my favorite parts of the design process is getting to know my clients and learning about what makes them feel at home. My job is to translate your vision to reality with design solutions tailored to your lifestyle, taste and budget. Eco-Asis is committed to creating beautiful, custom, healthy homes that enhance your life."

After three decades collaborating with leading architects, engineers, builders and developers, Lynne's portfolio includes:

  • Michigan's largest privately held waterfront estate

  • A private yacht club in Lake Michigan

  • A state-of-the-art kitchen and bath showroom

  • An award-winning mixed use re-development project

  • Estate homes from John's Island, Florida to Long Island, New York

  • Model homes, parade homes and neighborhood developments, and

  • LEED® Living Building® and WELL Building® designs

In 2010, Lynne conducted a national study tour of next-generation Green buildings for her thesis project at Goddard College.

This experience transformed her practice.

Eco-Asis employs Living Building Living® and WELL Building® standards to create healthy homes that eliminate harmful volatile organic compounds, poly-cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and microbial pathogens from the indoor environment.

"Our goal is to create environments where people want to spend their lives in a healthy oasis, handcrafted with character and charm and built in harmony with Nature."

In short, Lynne thinks Dorothy had it right...

"There's no place like home."
