Lynne Irvine, the founder of Eco-Asis, is an accomplished and experienced Development and Fundraising catalyst. She has successfully secured over $99 million in grants, low-interest loans, and contributions from public and private sources for sustainable businesses and community-based nonprofit organizations over the last 12 years. Lynne has outstanding abilities in creating comprehensive business plans, conducting thorough feasibility studies, crafting compelling grant proposals, establishing nonprofit entities, and building meaningful relationships with donors and investors. She is an expert in leading fundraising events, launching capital campaigns, and creating effective marketing materials to drive revenue and promote growth. Lynne's Development Portfolio reflects her commitment to environmental and cultural sustainability, including funding campaigns for net-zero, LEED®, Living Building®, and WELL Building® projects, clean energy, carbon sequestration, wastewater treatment, regenerative agriculture, and native plants. She has also conducted capital campaigns for Green museums, charter schools, and community arts programs. Lynne holds a master's degree in Sustainable Leadership from Goddard College, where she completed a national study tour to meet successful change leaders and mentors, and a bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Central Michigan University. Lynne is a Co-Founder of the nonprofit Organic Farming Institute.
